M r s . Norm Browning of Midland was Honor attendant and M r s . John Tysse of Cedar Springs and M i s s Sharon Morton of Casnovia were b r idesmaids . They wore gowns of yellow voile e m b r o i d e r e d with yellow and white da i s ies . Veiled headpieces and ball a r r a n g e -ments of yellow and white da i s i e s completed thei r cos tumes . •

The play was put on to two packed houses September 29 and 30, 1927, and the p roceeds w e r e applied to the Methodist Church building fund, fo r , at that t ime, they were building the p re sen t church .

M r s . Ward Johnson of Casnovia h a s just received a l is t of the medals won by her son, S /Sgt . Richard J . McKelvey, who was killed April 17, 1965, In an auto accident while s t a -t ioned at George Air F o r c e Base , Vic torvi l le , Ca l i fo rn ia . He had s e r v e d in the Navy fo r 10 yea r s and the Air F o r c e for nine y e a r s .
