There are many people who loves mountain climbing and who do go for mountain climbing every year. There are a lot of benefits for mountain climbing. It is one of the best exercise you can get. There are a lot of things you have to be familiar with before going for mountain climbing. Here we point out some tips for mountain climbing.

Know the schedule. Know the schedule.

January & February are the coldest months.

March to May are warmer and drier.

June to September is rainy season. Be very careful when you go mountain climbing during this season.

If you don’t like crowds, then go on a weekday for mountain climbing. Weekends are usually crowded.

If you are new to a place, it’s always better to hire a guide who knows the place very well.

Pack light, do not bring any unnecessary things.

Exercise regularly before going for mountain climbing.

Do not drink alcohol before or while mountain climbing.
