New QOPI® Test Measures: Choosing Wisely

• Breast Cancer Diagnosis (stage I, IIA, or II B)– PET, CT, or radionuclide bone scan (lower is better)

• Breast Cancer Surveillance after curative treatment– PET, CT, or radionuclide bone scan within 12 months of diagnosis

(lower is better)– Serum tumor marker surveillance within 12 months of diagnosis

(lower is better)

New QOPI® Test Measures: Choosing Wisely

• G-CSF use in metastatic– Colon cancer (lower is better)– NSCLC cancer (lower is better)– Breast cancer (lower is better)

• Chemotherapy administered to patients with metastatic solid tumor with performance status of 3,4 or undocumented ( lower is better)
