Mommy and Daddy Have to Work at Home

Usually, Mommy and Daddy go to work, when I

go to school.

But, school is closed now, and Mommy and Daddy have to work from home.

I want Mommy and Daddy to play with me,

but Mommy and Daddy have to work. They say I have to wait until they take a break from

work to play with me.

Mommy or Daddy can give me a hug and let me know how long it will be until the break.

Waiting for the break is hard. But, I can do it!

I can use my waiting plan and play quiet games.

I can play with my toys. I can build with Legos, play with puzzles or draw.

When it is time for Mommy or Daddy to take a break, I can run in the yard or ride my

scooter.

We can go for a rainy day walk,

or play with my toys.

After the break, Mommy and Daddy have to get back to their work, and I can go back to

playing quiet games.

I can wait for the next break. Waiting is hard, but I can do it!
