• Added like recycled asphalt pavement (RAP)

• On file with Bituminous Office

• Contaminants must be removed

• Certification of supply required

• Manufactured waste only

• Mn/DOT to certify suppliers

• Mn/DOT specification 2360/2350 – 5% manufacturers RAS allowed- approval now permissive (2004 spec change)

• Virgin asphalt binder must be70% or greater of total in HMA(2006 spec change)
