This is an MSA view – one marketing people might also see.

A region set that should be added - MPOs

1st product – second generation.

2nd Product % change - a different picture.

3rd – 2005 Population density by region.

Loss of countryside – viewshed? Region land area less Federal and State Lands – including Urban Areas

Acres per Unit Scale Developed in 1990 - NSV

In our region we trackthe shift in density aspermits are issued in these Census Tract areas.

Overall density in 2005 drops when Urban areas pulled out – with time series we could see better the sprawls as build out occurs.
