Effectively acted as the liaison between the restaurant and the community through daily interaction with customers.
Planned and executed promotional events with local schools, businesses, churches and non-profit organizations at the restaurant and market level.
o Executed a week–long fundraising event for a local high school student with Leukemia that encompassed a blood drive and donations that resulted in the restaurants highest net sales to date.
o The community responded in droves from 5 different ISD’s to support the restaurants efforts and show their appreciation and goodwill.
Responsible for the promotion, tracking, execution and delivery of all catering which contributed to a positive ROI for outside sales.
Performed the daily administration of the restaurant, from interfacing with all vendors to ordering supplies and team member uniforms.
Entered and scheduled all invoices for payment, and printed checks accordingly. Served on a team that organized quarterly marketing events for the 79 Chick-fil-A restaurants in DFW. Installed, maintained and approved all POP and restaurant signage, including internal and external

Recruited by the Home Office as an ambassador of the Chick-fil-A brand. Traveled throughout the United States to open new restaurants (TX, KY, OK, PA, ID, CO, KS, MO, FL,
& LA). Responsible for building rapport with members of the community in established and low-awareness
markets through grassroots marketing, targeting local business owners. Collaborated with grand opening teams to “blitz” the community and distribute food, coupons and
promotional materials. Assisted in set-up and execution of the themed dinners for new employees and their families. Provided “Second Mile Service” at Premier Night events.
o This event targeted Chamber of Commerce members, local police and fire personal and other community leaders.
o As part of the marketing team, I was tasked with the execution of dinner, guest speakers and entertainment to establish the new restaurant as a partner in the community.
