MGM/Mirage, which faces significant debt payments, is attempting to avoid its responsibility to pay the subcontractors who are owed $400 million and the Perini Building Company, which is owed $100 million for work performed on the CityCenter project. To hold MGM/Mirage accountable for its failure to pay for the work performed, Perini filed a lawsuit against MGM/Mirage. On Friday, May 14, MGM filed this response with the Court.
