INCLUSIVE EDUCATION

Bharat Shah

Integration

Integration means to have children with sp. Needs into the existing schools/ classrooms but it does not address their needs.

Inclusion

Inclusion means that these children are a part of the regular school in terms of curriculum, physical accessibility, teacher support and attitudes of other staff of school.

The “process” of inclusion is an effort to make sure that children with disabilities go to school along with their friends and neighbours while also receiving support to prepare them for productive lives as full members of society

EVOLVING CHALLENGES

c

Children do not fail because they are unable to learn.

They fail because we are not able to

teach them the way they learn.

“If I cannot learn the way

you teach.Will you teach me

the way I can learn?”

TOGETHER WE CAN

TOGETHER WE WILL

MAKE A DIFFERENCE !

Thank you
