Your children will enjoy games and gym time while you enjoy a night out! Food and drinks will be served. Space is limited. Sign-ups will NOT be taken after 5:00pm the Thursday before a PNO. Cancellations must be made by Thursday at 5:00pm or will result in a $20 cancellation fee.

32nd Annual Golf Tournament

Join us for our 32nd Annual Melrose Family YMCA Golf Tournament at the
Bellevue Golf Club. Our tournament will include 18 holes of golf, a cookout,
cocktail dinner, auction and prizes. All proceeds from the Golf Tournament will benefit the Melrose Family YMCA Annual

MOVIE NIGHT UNDER THE STARS
Friday, July 22 7:30pm-9:30pm
Join us at the Saugus Family YMCA outdoor pool center for a movie under the stars! We will play a kid-friendly flick on a portable screen poolside. Complimentary popcorn will be served and the Snack Shack will be open to purchase additional snacks. Please bring a chair or blanket for your family to relax on while you enjoy the show. We will kick off the evening with movie trivia at 7:45pm and begin the movie at 8:00pm.

Saturday, July 23 Time TBD Join us for a fun swim meet for adults ages 40 and older. Pick your events from 50 yards to 500 yards, stroke, IM and relays. Join us for a late summer evening of some of your favorite things! We will provide food, cold drinks, and a 45 pound bar to load with the weights of your choice. You provide the muscle and an appetite. All proceeds go towards the Melrose Family YMCA Annual Fund. The cost of $30 includes food and drinks, warm-up, and 3 lifts for 1RM. Prizes will be awarded to the top male and female lifts!

These classes are designed for swimmers who are interested in learning the skills needed for competitive swimming and taught in a team format. The focus of the Fins Swim Program will be on stroke development, technique, and racing starts and turns. Swimmers should be able to swim one length of the pool freestyle and backstroke with no assistance & tread for at least 1 minute. Swimmers should own their own pair of flippers and goggles.

The Y Summer Athletic Conditioning program focuses on sports performance including foot speed and agility, explosive power development, functional strength training, overall conditioning, injury reduction, nutrition, and recovery counseling.
The program is for off-season athletes age 11 to 16 years old. Small groups of 6 to 12 athletes will meet twice weekly for 60 minutes. Sign up for a 5 week session, or save by signing up for all 10 weeks!
