In Google email, go to the gear

Click on Settings

Select Unread in the first section

HIT SAVE CHANGES AT THE BOTTOM!

Now your unread mail floats to the top!

If you marked it read, it’s still there, but gets pushed to

the bottom

Blocked emails go straight to your teachers

The same applies to images.

There is a filter on the email.

Make sure to put: @student.MCUSD.org

IF YOU ARE ON A CHROMEBOOK OR IN A LAB

7th Grader or 8th Grader on your own iPad?

Go to the Mail App!

Use use Safari

Your email name will be !

<full first>.<full last>@student.MCUSD.org !

If prompted: Make a password you can remember.

Keep your mail open in a tab

School email should always be open at school

Make other tabs for other things Keep email open!

To get your email at home or on another computer:

You only get 25 per day for now

Use them wisely

Please don’t email everyone to say “what’s up?”

Please do not select “Reply all”

on large group emails.

Please be polite and appropriate in your emails.
