• Kevin Ashworth, Summit employee, now opening new restaurant with Edward Lee of Iron Chef fame, in Louisville.   Ashworth and Lee met at 1N12K.

• Brandon Lomax, (son of Channel 12 on-air television personality, John Lomax) Central Operations employee now working for Stephen Williams (MCI grad) at Bouquet.   Lomax and Williams met at 1N12K.

• Shift of $70,000 in labor cost from general ledger to MCI Retail in FY 2013

• Negotiated Sysco Purchasing Contract resulting in reduced food and paper costs
