ARRANGE AN ENDCAP FOR INFECTION PROTECTION AND IMMUNE SUPPORTIf you are keeping your front-end open during the pandemic, help your customers get in and out quickly by keeping common infection and immunity items displayed in one place.
Start your endcap with immunity support and flu symptom reducers, your customers first line of defense. These products are used to prevent sickness or reduce the duration of symptoms. This is also a good area to place thermometers.
Include masks, gloves, surface cleaners, and hand sanitizers. Disinfecting and cleaning surfaces on a regular basis can help keep viruses at bay. Hand sanitation is another important step. Washing hands with hot, soapy water for at least 20 seconds is recommended by the CDC.
Stock bulky items such as humidifiers and vaporizers on the bottom shelves. These items help eliminate the dry air that viruses thrive on. Additional humidity also helps treat dryness of the lips, throat, nasal passages, and skin.
Merchandise cold and flu products, pain relievers, vitamins, and supplements that address illness symptoms. Also, house items that help replenish fluids and essential vitamins. Follow the same strategy for both adult and children’s shelves.
