2. Write down the responsibilities for each role.– Do it while you are performing the activities

social media, & phone call invites7. Confirm the guest list & meals to the venue8. Create the atmosphere

3. Choose your ultimate role – The best use of your time– Something you love to do– Something that feels like play for you– Something you could do all day long and still

have energy left to play with your kids, go out with your spouse, help a friend.

4. Define the worst use of your time– The thing you are not good at– Something you put off because you hate it– Something someone else will love to do and will

do better and faster then you

5. Identify your roles on your Org Chart– Circle up to 3 roles that you would LOVE to do

– Put an X through the 3 roles you should STOP doing
