BIOGRAPHY

PROJECT OF RESIDENTIAL HOUSE IN BRNO

My third term projectSupervisor: Ing. Arch. Pavel Jura

The main idea of this house is to create harmonic space, which is well set up in the location of its neghbourhood.

The house is sustaining from solid mass levitating on slim collums. This solution gives rich contact to gardenand apen space in living ground floor.

In the center of the building is stairs hall which is connecting both floor. The connection is empha-sized by open void, which si passing trough all building including roof.

In roof is set up large rooflingt covered by glass, which gives light the best opportunity to enter.

OP PROSTEJOV FACTORY CONVERSION PROJECT

This project is taking place in Prostejov city, which is between Brno and Ostrava

My achievment was to design business incubator fits local circumstances.

The original buildings are from 1965 and they were using for clothing industry. The factory was closed in 2010 and since that buildings are empty

I tried to redesign the organism of the building, because the organisation will be very different. So i created new main entrance which is located in the center of inner side. I made new atrium and new staircase fits to new needs.

In the other hand I wanted to preserve the “soul” of the building.
