Master 120, organized by the Department of Biology and the Faculty of Medecine
This master is intended for students having a diploma of « Baccalauréat » in biology, biomedical sciences or veterinary sciences, who want:
to understand biological processes at the levels of cells and molecules, in physiological and pathological conditions
to study the living world in its whole complexity: - from genes to systems - from bacteria to humans
to conceive and develop research projects, to interprete and publish
scientific results

Master 1 : integrated practical courses
Months
Integrated practical courses: One whole real research project, taking place in different labs during 2 weeks, allowing to conceive and perform the experiments in order to answer a biological question: how does NF-kB regulate gene expression ? Ex : to chose an amino acid to be mutated
to mute the gene of interest in an expressing vector
to transfect the plasmid in mammalian cells
to study the influence of the mutation on the cell responses
