Challenges –Experiences
Lack sales contracts and many of them not representative
Lack of land area is sold as per Agriculture use only (Manly people buying land for other purpose in future)
Methods of income, poor indicator (100 Euro yearly rent for agriculture Land for 1 ha)
Big difference in values with neighbors areas (Properties with access to min road are extremely expensive comparing neighbors parcels without access to main road, difficulties to create Value Zones in accordance with regulation where the level difference should be about 20-30%)
