Morning: Departure from Hartsfield
Afternoon: arrival in Martinique at Aime Cesaire Airport (FDF)
Evening: meal and installation in bungalows

Morning: Morne-Rouge Climbing the volcano – Montagne
Pelée
Afternoon: Visit of CDST, brief visit of St. Pierre
and brief overview of the ruins. Shopping in local market Beach
Evening: Dinner at Camp

Morning: Mangofil
Afternoon: horseback riding at Ranch Jack
Evening: Pizzaria in Ste Luce

Morning: kayaking in the mangrove at Trois-Ilets
Afternoon: visit to le François and St.-Esprit. Visit the Clément Habitation

Afternoon: la pêche
Students will participate in the net fishing of Martinique by pulling in the fish caught by the fisherman.
Evening: Barbeque meal (grilling
the fish!) and journals
Itinerary – Day 7 (March 8, 2013)
Morning: Visit of Jardin of Tradition at Saint-Esprit / Robert (traditional life in the Antillas). Cooking and tasting the Kassav with degustation of tropical fruits.
Afternoon: visit Fort de France (take ferry) - Shopping
Evening: Prepare for departure –
clean rooms and pack bags

Morning: Clean up the bungalows / farewell (Departure from camp)
Afternoon: flight back home
Evening: arrival in Hartsfield Jackson
