                                3. To appoint the following as Directors pursuant to Article 35 and Article 47 of the

Company’s Articles of Association: Cllr. John Clancy 

4. To appoint the Company Auditors, Grant Thornton UK LLP and authorise the Directors to fix their remuneration.
