I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Marcia Pawling. The past twoyears I have had the opportunity to observe Ms. Pawling in her role as a physical educationteacher. I can say with certainty that Ms. Pawling is a very passionate, energetic, and dedicatededucator.

Ms. Pawling has many strengths, but perhaps her greatest strength is her ability to reach children.She is genuinely interested in the success of our students and goes to great lengths to supporteach child. She has also demonstrated a willingness to coach several sports and superviseintramural clubs. This includes both school based teams as well as working with communityyouth organizations. Ms. Pawling donates much personal time to provide opportunities for areachildren to participate in athletic activities throughout the year. When she is not working onlesson development or with athletic teams she helps with our Principal Advisory Committee.She has certainly made it a point to be involved in our building and has been a key figure withour Harvest Day Run, Character Education Assemblies, and Year End Field Day.

Ms. Pawling is cheerful, hard working, and is willing to go to great lengths to support the needsof our children. Ms. Pawling would be a great addition to any school. Please feel free to contactme if you have any questions.
