Beginning with the class of 2007, officers began senior activities to give seniors something to look forward to their last year of high school. Officers have the ability to pick what activities they want to offer. “We did not do basketball last year, but this year’s group wanted to.  Two years ago the officers chose to have a kickball tournament, but it was pulled for disciplinary

special,” senior class sponsor Nancy Hunt said. Beginning March 13, the seniors will play dodge ball. With five people on the court and two subs on the side, the seniors will compete against each other for a prize of a 2-inch plastic gold medal and a $100,000 candy bar. Senior week will be April 30-May 4. Deciding the activities for senior week are class officers Aaryn Murdock, Hannah Milller, Grayson Steele, Grace Finley and Somerlyn Mason.
