irrigation worker was also killed, perhaps by the male tiger, which
was also blamed for the death of a woman in January. Workers who
came to his aid after hearing screams found that the man who had
stopped by the roadside to relieve himself, had been dragged more
than 18 meters into the forest. - The Diplomat.com Victims 2 &

- SUMMARY In Northern India, there are one or two tigers that
have been attacking and eating humans for the past month and a
half. This tiger(s) is located near the Jim Corbett National Park.
The tiger(s) wait until villagers are near them, usually working in
the field, taking cattle on a graze, or just taking a walk, to
attack the person and drag them into the forest to eat. When loved
ones find the person, all that is left is blood, shoes, fabric, and
maybe bones. It is assumed that the tiger(s) attack humans because
they are scared or have developed a taste for human flesh.

- REFLECTION I sympathize for the people who have lost a loved
one and I pray that these tigers will be found and killed so that
no one else has to live in fear or will be attacked. I think that
God would be upset because He planned for animals to have peace
with one another. I can pray for the people in India who lost a
loved one because of this vicious tiger. If I were in this
situation I would stay indoors, have faith in God and be aware of
whats going on around me. I hope that the villagers in India are
doing the same also. I still wonder how this tiger arrived in India
and how life is for the villagers in India. I realized and learned
that we live in a great country where we dont have wild tigers
running around and attacking me. I am so grateful that I dont have
to worry about being scared to get eaten by a tiger when I leave
the house nor worry about my family being harmed either.
