Making pancakesa visual diary

Firstly we had to find a recipe for pancakes. We searched on Google and found one on www.bestrecipes.com. It was a recipe for basic pancakes.

Ingredients1 cup of plain flour

1 cup of milk1 egg

A knob of butter (for cooking)

Utensils.A bowl

A beater1 cup measurer

A fry pan

Method.

Measure 1 cup of flour and pour it into the

bowl.

Break 1 egg into the flour.

Measure out 1 cup of milk and pour into the bowl.

Beat the mixture until it is smooth and creamy.

Melt the knob of butter on a low heat.

Pour a small amount of mixture into the fry pan.

Leave the pancake cooking until small bubbles appear all over the

top.

Flip the pancake over to brown the other side.

Serve on a plate with toppings of your choice. I like nutella, cream and ice cream.
