Having to isolate when youhave COVID-19 or being a closecontact can be hard.
It is good to have a daily routinewhile isolating.
Include activities that are goodfor your mental, social andphysical health.
This booklet has suggestions fordifferent activities to include inyour routine.
You could spend 30 minutes aday doing an activity from eachof the sections.
Remember life will not be like this forever. If you are concerned about your physical ormental health it is important to seek help.
