The Council has obtained resources from the Mayor for London in order to carry out work to

all properties in your area in order to achieve carbon reductions.

In addition to the proposed new front garden walls, there will be an opportunity for some

residents to obtain solar hot water systems, solar photovoltaics, external insulation, loft in-

sulation and new boilers (where required). Qualifying means tested residents may also be

able to receive new roofs and windows.

In order to carry out this programme of works to your property, we the appointed consult-

ants – The Facility Limited – will need to collect some information from you and possibly

survey your property.

We have called at your door, and unfortunately missed you. Could you please

complete the attached questionnaire? We will be in the area in the

next few days to collect the form and if needed, assist you

to complete it.
