Location Research for AS media studies coursework.

For our coursework we did some research into what locations we wanted to do for our horror/drama themed film

opening.

Location 1.

• For this location we went to the graveyard in Swaffham and took some pictures of possible camera shots and angles. Some of our inspiration for this location was from the 2008 film I Sell the Dead which uses iconic graveyard or cemetery shots.

Location 2

• For our second location we chose to use a woods/forest landscape like in such films such as the Blair witch project and the hills have eyes which have good iconic shots of forest being used for the horror genre. We went to a forest near Swaffham and took some possible still shots of camera angles and shots.
