Tentative Trip ItineraryDay 1: Thursday:

Depart Lake Mills, WI at 6:00am, driving straight through (635 miles)

Meals on own en route; arrive Memphis at 7:00pm (Meet ATS tour guide at hotel)

Memphis Hotel check-in: TBA

Day 2: Friday:

Deluxe Continental breakfast at hotel; depart for day’s activities

Tour the National Civil Rights Museum; lunch on own

Enjoy the Platinum Tour of Graceland and museums -- Public performance at Graceland

Tour the Gibson Guitar Factory and visit the Rock and Soul Museum

Dinner at Central BBQ (Student buffet); return to hotel

Day 3: Saturday:

Deluxe Continental breakfast at hotel; check-out, load motor coaches

Depart for Nashville (213 miles); lunch on own en route

Arrive in Nashville; meet local ATS tour guides and abbreviated City tour of Nashville including the Parthenon, Fort Nashboro, Music Row, Printers Alley, Vanderbilt University, etc.

Tour of The Hermitage, Andrew Jackson’s Estate

Dinner at the Wildhorse Saloon with line dancing lesson; continue to hotel

Day 4: Sunday:

Deluxe Continental breakfast at hotel

Tour RCA Studio B and the Country Music Hall of Fame of Fame;

Song writing workshop with a Nashville song writer; lunch on own ($10.00pp provided)

Tour the Ryman Auditorium

Dinner at Opry Mills food court ($15 cash provided) followed by shopping/browsing

Day 5: Monday:

Deluxe Continental breakfast at hotel; check-out, load motor coaches

Entrance ticket to Madame Tussauds Wax Museum; Lunch on own before departing

Depart for home (614 miles) at 12:00pm; meals on own en route; approximate arrival at LMHS 11:00pm

How much will it cost?

The cost of the trip will be approximately $800 which includes the following-

✔ 4 nights hotel accommodations

✔ 8 meals: 4 breakfasts, 1 lunch, and 3 dinners

✔ All admissions to attractions and performances per itinerary

✔ Evening Security for 4 nights (2 guards)

✔ Motorcoach with Kobussen

Optional Individual Trip Insurance

-What is it? Extra protection if a student becomes ill and can not travel.

Does NOT include fear of travel, athletic cancellation etc.

-How much does it cost?$25 can be purchased up to 48 hours before departure

Optional Individual Trip Insurance

-Cancel For Any Reason Insurance (CFAR)

Covers up to 75% for any reason including fear of travel etc.

-How much does it cost?

Group rate of 10 or more people - CFAR $37.50

-Final payment of $132.00 due by check or $135.96 by credit card via PayPal

With potential extra for a Grand Ole Opry Ticket if group tickets become available

(The final payment may be higher or lower based on final numbers and rooming list)

HOW TO PAY

**Credit card payments can be made directly to InTune Travel & Tours. Go to www.intunetravelagency.com and click on the payment tab at the top under ‘CONTACT’. Put in your school name (Lake Mills High School) and your student’s name, the amount of payment and the credit card information.

**Check or money order payments can be made out to LMHS Music Trip.

Chaperones

● We are in need of parent chaperones for this trip. If you are interested in chaperoning, please contact one of the music teachers!

● Chaperones are responsible for their own trip cost.
