Incident Priority

Lightower uses three priority/severity levels for service issues: Priority 3A Priority 3 incident is a non service affecting status level. Priority 3 incident status are generally used for information purposes, to track upgrades or to track customer’s planned incidents.

Priority 2A Priority 2 incident means that services are operational but not within normal parameters (service is active but degraded). Priority 2 implies that protected Lightower provided services are operating in a linear/non-protected manner or Lightower has provided an alternative solution to maintain connectivity for the customer.

Priority 1This is the highest severity level. A Priority 1 incident means that there is a severe service affecting issue. Customer is no longer able to conduct business and a alternative solution is not available.
