MoreLife – Family Weight Management 01642 615101Self-Referral service for children aged 5-17 and/or their parents. Children aged 5-12 attend with their parents and children aged 13-17 have the initial assessment with parents. Parents only can attend (without children) as long as they have a child aged 0-17

Pharmacy Weight Management Service – A series of 5 one-to-one sessions conducted by trained pharmacy staff. Anyone aged over 16 with BMI>25 and no medical contra-indications are eligible.It is a self-referral service at participating pharmacies.No medical contra-indications to exercise or weight loss (e.g. Unstable angina, pregnancy, eating disorder).Contact: Walk-in service at participating pharmacies.

ExerciseActive Health – 01642 526696/526740Exercise Referral to increase physical activity levels£2.20 per session – 12 weeks low to moderate intensity exercise. Only people with a BMI < 40.
