• Time Discipline• Time is precious; Waste it wisely. Some time it flies. Some time it crawls.

Simplicity• Living simply is a

voluntary practice of one’s own life style.

• In this materialistic world simple living takes us towards spirituality, health conscious and spending quality time with family and friends.

• Mahatma Gandhi believed in a life of simplicity and self sufficiency.

Generosity

• Giving is the opposite mental state of greed.

• Sometime when we are generous it can change someone else’s life forever.

• True giving is to those who can never repay you.

• Materialistic gifts may produce liability…

• Emotional gifts stimulate tranquility – a feeling of calm; absence of mental stress.

Responsibility• Responsibility is

accountability for a duty or obligation to complete a task.

• We all have to accept full and total responsibility for our actions, everything we have done, and have not done.

• Let us be a responsible person in family, among friends, in the society to have a positive impact on the communities we serve.

Health

• Health is wealth.• Health gives happiness.• Respect your body.• Eat well, sleep well.• Getting fit is all about

who possess the qualities that we would like to have and those who have affected us in a way that makes us want to be a better person.

Identity• It is the distinct

personality of an individual.
