THE SERVANT LEADER’S OATH

Based on Harvard University’s MBA Oath

The Servant Leader’s Oath

As a servant leader, I recognize my role in society.

My purpose is to lead people and manage resources to create value that no single individual can create alone.

My decisions affect the well-being of individuals inside and outside my school, house; today and tomorrow.

The Servant Leader’s Oath

Therefore, I promise that:

I will manage my jurisdiction with loyalty and care and will not advance my personal interests at the expense of my group or society.

I will understand and uphold, in letter and spirit, the laws and contracts governing my conduct and that of my jurisdiction.

The Servant Leader’s Oath

I will refrain from corruption or activities harmful to society.

I will protect my fellow students and youth’s rights and dignity of all people affected by my decisions and I will oppose discrimination and exploitation.

I will protect the right of future generations to advance their causes and enjoy a healthy planet.

The Servant Leader’s Oath

I will be transparent with my decisions and actions and practice integrity at all times.

I will develop myself and others and help my fellow youth and students continue to advance and create prosperity.

The Servant Leader’s Oath

In exercising my duties according to these principles, I recognize that my behavior must set an example of integrity, eliciting trust and esteem from those I serve. I will remain accountable to my peers and to society for my actions and for upholding these standards.

The Servant Leader’s Oath

This oath I make freely and upon my honor. SO HELP ME GOD.

“A true leader is someone who does not only produce results and show efficiency in what he

does but is also one who replicates himself by

developing his people.”-Myron Sta. Ana-
