QiGong (pronounced chee-gong) is a traditional Chinese exercise system that uses slow, rhythmic movement, deep breathing and meditative visualization to help its practitioners relax. It is a gentle Chinese version of yoga. QiGong engages body and mind helping to improve concentration,

body posture, range of motion, and overall sense of wellness.
