I’m passionate about how we make learning relevant. It starts by seeing the learners as relevant. How do we connect? When we learn something, we want to share it with others. Learning is a social act. It is a connecting act. We need to connect ideas to ideas, people to ideas, and people to people, bridging the gap between in-school and out-of-school. Ideas here are gleaned from the research synthesis report by the Connected Learning Research Network (http://dmlhub.net/sites/default/files/ConnectedLearning_report.pdf).
