What is an extension package?
With a PrimeSupportPro extension, you have the opportunity to extend your cover beyond your initial duration, up to 5 years total - perfect for ensuring true peace-of-mind in the long-term. With a PrimeSupportElite extension package, you can extend your PrimeSupportElite coverage for up to 5 years total. Extensions are only available to those who have previously registered their product for PrimeSupport.
I have owned my product for several years. Am I still eligible for a support package?
Depending on how long you have owned your product for, you can purchase cover for your product for up to a maximum of 5 years. Contact your dealer for more information.
What is a healthcheck?
A healthcheck is exactly that – a check-up on the health of your camera. It is perfect for those who want to protect their investment for the long-term.
If your cover has expired, a healthcheck is required if you wish to extend your warranty. This service ensures that your unit is fit for further cover.
Healthchecks are also ideal for those who wish to sell their unit on the second-hand market. When your unit passes the healthcheck, you will be provided with a certificate confirming that your unit has been thoroughly checked by our technicians – ultimately allowing the next potential buyer to purchase in confidence.
