POLLUTION It is the introduction of

contaminants into natural environment and that causes to changes.

It takes the form of chemical substances or energy such as noise , heat, light , land ,water , etc…

LAND POLLUTION

The deposition of solid or liquid waste materials on land or underground in manner.

That contaminate soil & groundwater to threaten public health.

CAUSES Deforestation and soil erosion Agricultural & mining activities Overcrowded landfills Nuclear wastage Sewage treatment Industrialization

CAUSES It includes

paints,chemicals,metals,plastics and aluminium are produces the

process of manufacturing goods. Wastes are left over sewage has

been treated,biomas sludge and settled solids.

Chemical waste from chemical industries are disposed into landfills.

EFFECTS Soil pollution Environmental impact Effect on human health Distraction for Tourist Effect on wildlife

EFFECTS Plastic is the main source of land pollution.

People throw house garbage on roads.

Some industries throw their waste on land.

People Cut forest trees for furniture.

SOIL CONTAMINATION It is the degradation and pollution

mean different things to one thing. It introduce harmful objects,

chemicals or substances, directly or indirectly into the soil in a way to soil or water ecosystems.

PREVENTION

People should not cut trees for making furniture.

Buy Bio-degradable products.

Plastic bags should be avoided

Industries should not throw there waste on land.

Don’t dump motor oil on the ground.

PREVENTION

The greatest prevention to land pollution is in the three ‘R's’ …

Reduce Waste, Re-use Things, Recycle Things .
