Composite parts for buses Kompozyty specializes in design and manufacture of plastic parts for inside and outside of vehicles. Parts are produced in different techniques including GRP in all types, thermforming, RIM (DCPD). Project are managed trough CAD-CAM design and prototyping, CNC-tool manufacture, parts production, CNC and laser trimming, painting and assembly.

High-performance plastics Kompozyty is a supplier of strategic composite parts for turbo-generator manufactures. Production program includes highly complex winding support rings, plates, fasteners and insulating caps of any size and material requirement. Range of filament wound cones comprises small wound components up to highly complex winding supports rings for power generators. All the materials are developed for generator applications basing on polyester and modified epoxy resins in additionally specified fiber glass reinforcements.

DCPD is waterproof and highly resistant to acid, alkali and abrasive substances, making it ideal for wastewater treatment uses, sewage plants, pipeline valves, filters and more

filament winding
