Plant non-kicking foot NEXT to the ball

Bend kicking leg, extend kicking ankle

Ankle extended : ) Ankle flexed : (

Are my ankles extended or flexed?

Kick the ball with the top of your shoe

: ) : )

Do NOT kick the ball with your toes

OUCH : ( OUCH : (

Step 1Hold ball with 2 hands!

Step 2Let go with non-kicking hand

Step 3Let go of ball over kicking foot

Drop the ball do NOT toss the ball!

Step 4Watch the ball until it contacts your foot

Step 5Hit the ball with your shoelaces!

Step 6Hit the ball at or below the knee, it a 450 angle!

Step 7Extend/Stretch your foot and kicking leg for a really good punt!

Step 8Follow through toward your target!
