THE MONUMENT OF LUBLIN UNION

It stands in the place of the former 16 th centry monument erected at the order of the last Jagiellonian king Zygmunt August.

MONUMENT OF DONATION MAJDANEK

National concentration Majdanek`s Museum started in 1944. In 1969 built two huge monuments : Pomnik Walki I Męczeństwa I Mauzoleum . First building determine an enormous gate . Over gate are disproportionate stones which represent overwhelming image of killed people .

It stands in front of the Castle of Lublin .

MONUMENT OF MARII CURIE -SKŁODOWSKIEJ

Is on square of her name.Around are many important buildings . Monument of Maria Skłodowska Curie is a work of Marian Konieczny . Monument was show up on centenary of her birthday. Maria was bound up with Lublin.

Build in 2001 on Lithuanian square .

MONUMENT OF JAN PAWEŁ II AND PRIMATE STEFAN WYSZYŃSKI

On courtyord of KUL is holy to two Polish who were activity for lublin and KUL . Stefan Wyszyński was living and studying in Lublin .

MONUMENT OF HENRYK WIENIAWSKI

Monument is in front of Lublin’s Philharmonic. Monument is authorship of J.Pastwy . monument is holy to Henryk Wieniawski who was a wery famous compositor in the world.
