Cleaning of our Churches While our county is in the yellow and green phases, we are
under directives from the Bishop to perform a specific
sanitation protocol at the conclusion of every Liturgical
Service. We need parishioners to volunteer their time to
help us with this task each week. 6 volunteers for Weekend
Masses and 4 volunteers for Weekday Masses are needed.
We would like to have as many people volunteer as
possible. If we get enough volunteers, a schedule can then
be created and the same people would need to help every
time. Many hands make for light work. The duties are as
follows… cleaning of the pews, doors and door handles,
railings, bathroom and other frequently used surfaces.
If we do not receive enough volunteers, we will not be able
to celebrate all Weekend Masses publicly and will need to
cut down to the number of Masses for which we have
volunteers.
If you would like to volunteer, please contact Tiffany at the
parish office using the contact information below with your
name and the date/s on which you would like to volunteer.

OUR LADY’S ALUMINUM CAN COLLECTION RESULTS We recently took the aluminum cans that were collected to One
Stop Recycling and made $29. Price is now down to 15 cents per pound, and as of last January it was 30 cents. This is the
58th load collected, and since 2008 the project has generated income of $5,426. The proceeds are used for church upkeep
and general parish expenses.
A big thank you goes out to everyone who donates cans to support our parish. The aluminum can collection bin is located
on the back porch of the old convent building by the east most parking area. A special thanks to those individuals who
crush their cans. Please deposit only aluminum beverage cans in the collection bin.
