National Development Program• A formalised 8-week mentoring & educational program for

young people in the tourism export industry

• Encourages sharing of information and experience between senior and new members of the industry through mentoring

• Provides professional development & career advancement through an increased skills base through educational seminars

• Targeted at new entrants into the industry
