Introduction
I have 16 years’ experience as a business analyst/business systems analyst/senior business analyst in Superannuation, Insurance, Pensions, and Wealth Management, representing both client and vendor.
Having spent equal time working for vendor and for client I am experienced in what clients need to provide the vendor to ensure they get the outcomes they want, and what the vendor needs to communicate to the client to ensure the client knows what is being delivered and how to use it most effectively. I am passionate about helping my clients refine their requirements and delivering solutions in line with those requirements. I am proficient in all stages of the software development lifecycle of projects from project initiation through to project implementation.
I have 3.5 years’ experience as vendor BAU manager, managing client expectations, work prioritisation, delivery timeframes and workload. Delivering enhancements, fixes, and client training.

RECENT PROJECT EXPERIENCE
DWS - NAB - EPC Sunrise - 2016
Business Analyst / Project Manager
I am currently managing the software releases for Project Sunrise, including two teams of BA’s and developers, and overseeing a partially off shored system testing team, and an internal UAT team. With regularly changing release scope I am really enjoying the challenges of this role and have managed number of successful releases so far. The team is currently in preparation for the project’s final 2 releases.
Prior to this as a Senior BA I was writing the Functional Requirements for the Asset Transfer component of Project Sunrise. Project requirements had been completed when I started on the project. I was able to make contact with SME’s in the various relevant teams throughout the company to drill down further into the requirements, through one on one meetings and workshops, to gather the information required to produce a high quality functional requirements document which was well received by both business and technology teams.
