Why?• It is a foundation stone for the

working of an organization.• When ever a fresher joins an

organization, it is the instructor trainee who explains the job to the fresher.

• Eg : IT INDUSTRY , PHARMA INDUSTRY etc

Duties• He/She gives instructions to the

employees about the job they are required to do for the organization.

• Responsible for conducting training programs for employees.

• Formulates teaching outlines.• Conducts lectures, workshops.

Skills Required• He/she must have a passion for

teaching.• He/she must have a passion for

people.• He/she must be a great listener,

a life learner, great communicator.

• He/she must know how to connect with the employees.

• He/she must be adaptable flexible in nature .

Experience Required

• He /she should be specialized in developing instructional software.

• He/she must have an experience of sales techniques, health & safety practices.

• He/she must be good at maintaining good public relations.
