Job Description: • Provide administrative and clerical support, assist the management on ad hoc assignment

• Assist with the coordination and issue of vendor criteria packages

• Coordinate project status report for department • Provide administrative and clerical support, assist the

management on ad hoc assignment

Job Requirements:

• Have relevant Internship experience is preferred • Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering or above • Team player, independent, adaptable to changing

environment, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, proactive and willing to learn

• Strong planning skill, coordination skill, analytical skill and communication skill

• Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, 3D software and Photoshop

• Fluent in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)

Location of Work:

Quarry Bay

Working Hours:

9:00am – 6:00pm (Mon – Fri)

Salary and Allowance:

HK$6,000 per month
