JCI NDA Process 2 - Other Party Review to Accept or Reject

The Requestor receives an email providing instructions to give to the Other Party. Using these instructions the Other Party can log into the system to either accept or reject the NDA.

View the NDA – the Accept or Reject buttons are located at the bottom of the NDA page as seen on the next slide

To accept the NDA, click on the “I Accept” radio button.

To confirm your decision Click on the “Click here to Confirm” button.

On clicking the “OK” button, the system will consider the NDA as accepted by the Other Party.

The time and date of the acceptance are inserted into the NDA

A paper copy of the NDA can be printed by selecting the “Click Here to Print NDA” button.

After the Other Party accepts the NDA , the JCI authorized signatory will receive an email notification of the acceptance along with instructions for

the JCI authorized signatory to accept the NDA.

To reject the NDA, click on the “I Reject” radio button and provide your reasons for rejection in “Comments”

textbox below.

Confirm your decision

To upload a different NDA, upload it through the “Browse” button alongside the upload textbox.

The Requester receives an email updating the status of the NDA as rejected by the Other Party and the NDA is sent to the KlexServe legal team for processing.

After the KlexServe Legal Team has reviewed and/or modified the NDA an email is sent to the Requestor with instructions to provide to the Other Party to accept or reject the NDA.
