• JVCS installed 2 new multi-point control units (MCUs) in Edinburgh and Bracknell
• Effectively doubles JVCS’s videoconferencing capacity
• Supports a far greater number of high bandwidth multipoint HD conferences simultaneously

• To understand how JANET Talk fits into the JANET connected organisations’ IT strategies
• To understand the usage levels of the mix of the various collaboration tools
• To understand the types of usage scenarios for JANET Talk
• To enable JANET(UK) to develop a sustainable business model for JANET Talk based on actual use
