2013, 2014

Recorded since

large flood occurred in

Jakarta, such as in

1976, 1984, 1994,

1996, 1997, 1999,

2002, 2007 and 2008.

Caused by 4 reasons :

Evaluation of the flood in January 2013, Jakarta need to strengthen disaster management capacity in Village level.

Flow of information to provincial level flatered

Overlapping emergency response command structure at village level

Contigencies is a condition or situation that is expected to happen soon, but it probably will not happen.

A process of identifying and planning that is based on the contingent circumstances.

Contigency plan may not always be activated if the situation is not expected to accour.

In early 2013 of flood disaster, affected village (kelurahan) is 124 village.
