The proposal will be evaluated in view of the National Skills Development Strategy Objectives and ICT needs, and also in accordancewith the requirements regarding the allocation of grants from the discretionary fund. We draw your attention to the following:
•The Isett Seta’s new financial year end for 2009/10 budget commences on 1 April 2009.

• All approved proposals for funding will be effective from 2 April 2009;
•The Isett Seta will not be liable for any funding in the event of the Learnership having commenced before funding was approved, a confirmation letter and the SLA were concluded
•A letter, confirming the Isett Seta’s commitment to the co-funding of the project will be sent to the client;•A Service Level Agreement will be drawn-up for signatures; Only upon the conclusion and signing of the SLA by both parties – will the project, be implemented.

Project Implementation
Once an SLA has been signed a letter of commitment will beSent to the client stating Learner gender, equity profile asFollows:
• 54% Female• 85% Black• 4% People with disablities
• Programme must be implemented on the start date as stated in the contract, failure to implement within threemonths of the starting date; the SLA contract will be deemedInvalid.
Implementation Process continued
• Moderation must be submitted to isett Seta on the 10th month of the project
• Isett seta official conduct verification on the 11th month of the project.
• Learners receive certificates on the 12th month of the project.
• Tax Rebate Benefit from SARS
