We planted the seeds back in 1990 to create an innovative transition program

Almost half of YTP students come from low income families (48%)

Some good news 95 % of students of color

in YTP earn a high school diploma

At exit from YTP youth from low income families are working an average of

31 hours per week earning 9.17 an hour
