ITINERARY:
Day 1: Monday , April 29
Arrive in Marseille, France: Please make certain your flights arrives in Marseille by 11 am for our 12 pm departure. (There
are many flights from Charles de Gaulle (CDG) Paris airport to Marseille. Be certain you allow
yourself enough time at CDG to connect with your other flight – (3 hours recommended).
Saintes Maries de la Mer
Here we will begin our journey as Mary Magdalene did- on the seashore where she arrived by
boat. Now named “Sainte Mary’s of the Sea,” it is a small fishing village in the Camargue region
of southern France. This has been a holy place since Celtic times (900 BC). It is known as the
spiritual center of the marshy, windswept Camargue.
Day 2: Tuesday, April 30
We will depart in the morning for the Grotto of Mary Magdalene, where it is said she lived and
died. This location requires about a 40 minute walk up the mountain (a path that goes through a
forest).
Afterward we’ll go to our convent hotel in St. Baume.
Day 3: Wednesday, May 1
Today, I’ll facilitate a group past life regression and we’ll visit the church Saint-Maximin-la-
Sainte-Baume and its crypt which contains a skull purportedly that of Mary Magdalene. Free
time to explore the town and journal.
Day 4: Thursday, May 2
We’ll depart in the morning and travel to the medieval town of
Minerve, and honor the Cathars who perished for their beliefs.
Cathars were known as “the pure ones.” They believed men and
women were considered equals. They believed in education and
their children were taught to read. They were vegetarians. They
believed in reincarnation. They believed their version of
Christianity was that of the ancient and pure teachings of Jesus.
It was how they lived their lives, not a doctrine to be
followed. And they believed in the union of Jesus and Mary
Magdalene.
We’ll then drive to Couiza in the Languedoc region, where our
own castle hotel awaits us. This will be home for the next six
nights.
Hotel Chateau Ducs de
Joyeuse
Located on the River Aude, our own
beautiful 15th century castle is at the
foot of Rennes-le-Château and has a
beautiful interior courtyard and a pool.
Each room has tasteful medieval
themed decor and is equipped with
satellite TV, a spacious private
bathroom and stylish, period windows.
If you’ve read author Kathleen
McGowan’s book The Expected One, the hotel has the distinction of having been the inspiration
for the castle inhabited by Bérenger Sinclair!
* If you have any dietary requirements including gluten-free, please let me know before our
departure and I can notify the Château.
* Dinner is served as a group at 7:30 pm nightly. We will eat indoors.
* Please understand that we will be in rural France. There is a small grocery store and pharmacy
within walking distance of the Château but choices are limited. Do not expect to see brands that
you are familiar with in the United States. You can get bottled water, fruit, and snacks and there
is a bakery as well.
Day 5: Friday, May 3
Past Life Regression
LIMOUX
On the edge of the town of Limoux lies the beautiful Notre
Dame de Marceille with a holy well of higher vibration and
where we will see a Black Mary that was considered so
powerful she was stolen on several occasions. It is told that
a farmer plowing the field when his ox couldn't move. He
began digging where the ox stopped and found a wooden
smiling black Mary. He took it home but the next morning
it reappeared back where she had found it. This happened
three times! When the local monks heard, they build a
chapel on the site. Underneath the church lies a secret
passageway, where a pagan site once stood and was later
placed under control of the Templars.
We will also see St. Martin’s Church with interesting
stained glass showing stories and about women and Magdalene and Jesus as equals.
CARCASSONNE
From Limoux we’ll drive to
the beautiful ancient
medieval walled city of
Carcassonne, a UNESCO
world heritage site. First
settled in 3500 BC and later
by Druids, Romans
and Visigoths. It was a major
commercial and ceremonial
center for the Druids and the
Phoenicians in ancient
times. Here we will walk the
picturesque cobbled stones
to visit the Basilica Saint
Nazarene and then enjoy free time in the ancient city.
Day 6: Saturday, May 4
ALET LES BAINS ABBEY
We will explore the ancient village of Alet les Bains. Bains means water and Alet les Bains sits on
the second largest underground lake in France. It is
known for its pure water that is bottled and sold
commercially. Its thermal waters have been renowned
since Roman Times. Alet means “The Chosen Place” and
the energy here is extraordinary.
Before Alet les Bains was claimed by the church as it was
a place of active goddess worship as evidenced in the
town Square.
Nostradamus lived here
with his grandparents.
There is a Star of David
and other interesting
symbols carved on the
beam outside of his
home. We will visit the
exterior of his house.
We will also explore the beautiful ancient Abbey and see the
Celtic pre-Christian stonework on the outside of the church.
Lunch at the Abbey
*As a special treat:
Toby Dobler:
As a special treat, Toby Dobler, who has lived in the village of Rennes le Chateau (RLC) for many
years and is the regional leader of the European Knights Templar, will talk to us about the
Knights Templar, the Jewish lineage line of Jesus and Mary Magdalene and Rennes les Chateau.
RENNES-LE-CHATEAU
Located on a beautiful little hilltop lies Rennes-le-
Chateau where legend says an ancient temple of Isis lies
deep in the earth below. Rennes-le-Chateau is most
known through books such as DaVinci Code, The Chosen
One and Holy Blood, Holy Grail fame. It is here, in the
church that Berenger Saunier discovered coded
documents and took them to Saint Sulpice church in
Paris returning with a great sum of money. Some say
‘hush” money. (We will visit St. Sulpice for those
participating on the optional Paris/Chartres Pre-Tour).
Here we will visit the Magdalene church where some say
secrets of the Magdalene are coded and where we will see
many interesting points of interest. We will also visit
Tour Magdala, and a small museum about Sauniere.
Rennes-le-Chateau overlooks the beautiful and
exquisitely peaceful, Ruissau des Couleurs, (River of Colors) where across the valley at a
distance is Mary Magdalene's cave. There is a calming peace I feel overlooking this valley that I
can't quite put into words but one that I hope you too will experience. You will have time to look
around Rennes-le-Chateau on your own as well.
We will return to our castle to relax and journal, perhaps on the grass near the Aude River.
Day 7: Sunday, May 5
SEAT OF ISIS
We will walk along a path to the Seat of Isis, surrounded by
an enchanted forest and a nearby sacred well. The seat or
throne, is reputed to be an Initiatory Seat of Power for the
Mystery School of Isis. Many women and men, come her to
pray for wisdom and healing. This site is connected to
fertility, sexuality and womb wisdom. Each person will have
time to sit in the 5000-year-old Stone seat chair for quiet
reflection and have their own personal experience of
connection and attunement. It is thought that three powerful
ley lines pass through the seat. The Rose Line (Paris
Meridian) is a time/energy line that runs through St. Sulpice
Church in Paris.
Afterward, we will have lunch in the town square of Rennes les Bains where some of the best
Italian pizza is served! (Other options are available as well) Then we’re off to….
Day 8: Monday, May 6
THE FOUNTAIN OF LOVE
Our wonderful French guide Stephanie (and her adorable dog Maya) will guide us to the
Fountain of Love where local legend says Mary Magdalene baptized people and did healings. It
is yet another sacred site and we will have our own healing ceremony honoring our divine inner
male and female and experience oneness within.
Day 9: Tuesday, May 7
MARY MAGDALENE’S CAVE
Across the valley from Rennes-le-Chateau, Stephanie and Maya will guide us to Magdalene’s
cave where she did healings. This cave is powerful! Here we will experience a group past life
regression.
Afterward we will have lunch in Rennes le Chateau and explore more.
Day 10: Wednesday, May 8
MONTSEGUR
We will say goodbye to our castle home and drive an
hour through the beautiful Languedoc countryside
to Montsegur, the most famous Cather castle.
Montsegur was the last stronghold of over 200
devoted Cathars who chose to die rather than
convert their beliefs. Here we will honor their
devotion. Those who are able can walk to the top
where they lived. It is a worthy pilgrimage.
The Roman Catholic Church came to Montsegur, the
last stronghold of the Cathars, asking them to
change their beliefs. They held them captive for 10
months until the Cathars willingly chose to walk
down the mountain to their certain death. Before
walking down the mountain, legend says that there
were four Cathars who scaled down the most
dangerous side of the mountain with their sacred
treasure. Some say it was the Book of Love, the true
teachings of Jesus that Cathars practiced. It is said
Magdalene taught this knowledge in caves and in
remote places.
We will also visit the medieval village of Montsegur where we will have lunch (on your own)
before we leave for our Toulouse airport hotel.
Past Life Regression and Closing Ceremony in Toulouse.

the cathedral.

before we depart to CDG airport and our hotel later in the day.
