Through a technology licensing agreement with Personas.com Corp., which is privately controlled by Peeks Social CEO Mark Itwaru, Peeks Social Ltd. currently receives 30% of the gross revenue earned by the Peeks Social platform. In July 2017, the Company announced that it had established an independent special committee of its Board of Directors to explore and seek to negotiate the potential acquisition of specific assets of Personas pertaining to the Peeks Social service.
